Opt for delivery by pickup from the courier's premises - Fan Courier or DPD. This way, your address does not appear anywhere, only the address of the pickup point appears, which will be confirmed by phone with you.

A second possibility is to pick up the package from the Sameday Easybox or Fan Courier EBox. If you have chosen payment on delivery you have to pay by card when picking up the parcel. No cash option upon delivery at a box. Our orders will always be shipped in regular brown cardboard boxes and will not have labels or any other writings that would indicate the contents inside or the name of the store that sent the package. The courier does not know what is inside the box.

When you are called to confirm the order, you can request the operator to deliver via one of the options above. Delivery is not possible via Uber drivers or similar.

You have the legal right to return the product or products you purchased if you notify us in writing within 14 working days of the date you received the order. In order for the products to be returned, they must be in their original packaging - UNOPENED - and obviously not have been used. Underwear or intimate apparel (T-shirts, tank tops, panties, jockstraps) CANNOT BE RETURNED - respecting the hygiene of the products is very important to us. You will be contacted by phone by an operator to establish the details of the return operation. Do not send the products unless you have our prior approval. If the products are received and are intact, the money will be returned to your account / card within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the receipt of the return.

The return costs are your sole responsibility.

The products sold have a general 12-month warranty. You have two calendar months from the date of delivery to signal us any non-conformities or defects. This request can only be made by email. The exception to the general warranty is inflatable products where the 12-month warranty applies only to the valve that controls the pressure maintenance or the connecting tube, due to the fact that we cannot objectively know whether the product was forced or punctured without permission during inflation or not. For the rest of the products, we undertake to send you a new product within 14 calendar days to replace the one that shows non-conformities. The products sold by us are not repaired. To request the warranty for a product, please send the defective product together with the original invoice for verification. If it is confirmed that the product does not have its normal characteristics, it will be replaced without shipping costs.

The shipping costs for the initial verification of the claimed defect are your responsibility.
